The biggest movie news of the past week

16/08/2010 to 22/08/2010

This week was loaded with geek news. First is for Tim Burton fans. If nobody know, Tim Burton is going to make a stop motion animation film of The Adams Family. He has hired to write the film his old writers from his 1994 film Ed Wood. Next up Star Wars Blu Ray was announced. So we finally can glorify Star Wars in marvelous High Definition sound and video.

We continue now with comic book movie news. The new X-Men film called X-Men: First Class has finally had a detailed summary of the films plot. It's been reported that it will all take place in the 60's where Magneto and Professor X were still friends. No Jean Grey or Cyclops will be in the film is being said and that the villains will be the Hellfire Club. Also Wolverine 2 is about to be made and the director lined up is none other than The Twiligh Saga: Eclipse director David Slade.

Final news for all the Underworld nuts. The fourth film is about to happen and Kate Beckinsale seems to be back to play Selene. Also G.I. Joe 2 just got its script green lighted so that means more Cobra Commander!

And for the saddest news of all as if Tim Burton making something once again thats not original wasn't the saddest. Sorry Tim Burton fans. I just want Tim Burton to make something not based on a previously made property. But to the truly saddest news. Indy 5 is in discussions to be made. After the disappointing Indiana Jones 4, Spielberg and the cast are up for a fifth film and are discussing ideas. I really dont know how people will be anticipating Indy 5. Time will tell..
