Let's say your a terrorist, you've been terrorizing the world for 50-60 years.
You just don't seem to have the anger or intolerance that you once did.
Your body is starting to go down hill, you're not as good a shot as you use to be.
When setting a roadside bomb you have to yell to the other terrorist
"Wait! Don't set it off yet, let me get out of the way!"
So you start thinking towards retirement.

Recreation should include a gun range with American looking pop up targets.
Perhaps it should be located near a village so that the retired terrorist could go on day trips to plant bombs, just for old times sake.
A flight simulator could provide hours of good safe entertainment.
