Borat as Freddy Mercury?
Well it seems that the rumor became deal. Sasha Baron Cohen will play Freddy Mercury in a film about his life. The script will be written by Peter Morgan known for his great job on the The Queen (2005).
Joaquin Phoenix gone loco!
Casey Affleck brother of Ben Affleck has just made a documentary on his brother in-law Joaquin Phoenix for the past two years. Footage that was shown threw events and the trailer show a very different and odd side to Phoenix. Many fights, drug taking and other crazy occurences happen in the documentary. Rumors had come out that it was all fake. It seems not that has been confirmed in a recent interview with Casey Afflekc. My question is why do it? Is his rap career also fake? and the man is a great actor what a waste of time.
MGM gets things back on track or so we hope..
MGM with its great number of finicial problems seems to be getting back on foot. Better for us as Bond 23 and the Hobbit will see light of day at some point. Bond 23 is said to be back in pre-production phase with The Hobbit to start shooting next year.
Dark City director to make Paradise Lost
Alex Proyas director of film likes Dark City, I Robot and the Crow will now direct Paradise Lost a adaption of the book of John Milton. The book is of the decsent of Dante threw 9 levels of hell to find his love. A recent game adaptation of the novel has already been made in Dante Inferno it will be quite interesting to see the film version of the novel.
