Ένα αστυνομικό θρίλερ έχει κατά τη γνώμη μου πολλά επικίνδυνα στοιχεία που μπορούν να μετατρέψουν ένα πολύ καλό σενάριο σε μια ιστορία με πτώματα και πιστολίδια χωρίς κανένα νόημα αν δεν δουλευτούν σωστά. Και το In the Electric Mist ακροβατεί προσπαθώντας να κρατηθεί ανάμεσα στο αναμφίβολα καλό σενάριο που προσφέρει ένα επιτυχημένο βιβλίο και στο στοίχημα του να στριμώξεις 400 ή 600 σελίδες σε λιγότερο από 2 ώρες. Στα της ταινίας όμως:



Ο Dave είναι ένας αστυνομικός σε μια επαρχιακή πόλη της Louisiana όταν καλείτε να ερευνήσει τον θάνατο μιας κοπέλας η οποία είχε σχέση με την πορνεία. Ταυτόχρονα όμως εμπλέκετε και σε παλιά υπόθεση δολοφονίας της οποίας ήταν μάρτυρας αλλά ποτέ δεν κυνήγησε. Οι έρευνές του σύντομα εστιάζουν σε έναν μαφιόζο (John Goodman) ο οποίος έχει έρθει στην περιοχή για τα γυρίσματα μιας ταινίας που χρηματοδοτεί. Όταν όμως μια πράκτορας του FBI(Justina Machado) έρχεται στη περιοχή για να ενισχύσει την έρευνα και αποκαλύψεις έρχονται στο φώς τα πράγματα αρχίζουν να παίρνουν μια πολύ άσχημη τροπή.



Στη ξεχασμένη από Θεό και άνθρωπο πολιτεία της Αμερικής που μετράει ακόμα τα πλήγματα των τυφώνων εκτυλίσσεται ένα θρίλερ το οποίο έχει βαθιά εντυπωμένο τον ευρωπαϊκό τρόπο κινηματογράφησης. Αργά σταθερά πλάνα από τον 70χρονο Γάλλο σκηνοθέτη ο οποίος προσπαθεί να μεταφέρει στην μεγάλη οθόνη ένα βιβλίο με εμφανώς περίεργη πλοκή και σύνθετους χαρακτήρες. Τελικά κατά τη γνώμη μου αποτυγχάνει παταγωδώς σε συνεργασία βέβαια με τους σεναριογράφους, οι οποίοι έκοψαν και έραψαν, δημιουργώντας ένα αρκετά ασαφές και ιδιαίτερα κουραστικό αποτέλεσμα. Από τη μια η διατήρηση των εσωτερικών διαλόγων του πρωταγωνιστή και από την άλλη η αφαίρεση σκηνών που χρειάζονταν για τη σωστή ανάπτυξη των δεύτερων χαρακτήρων δημιουργούν ένα κατασκεύασμα στο οποίο πεθαίνουν άτομα, τα οποία έχουν μεγάλη σημασία για τον πρωταγωνιστή, αλλά ο θεατής μένει στη προσπάθεια να καταλάβει ποιος ακριβώς πέθανε και τι ρόλο βάραγε.



Τη ταινία όμως έρχεται να διασώσει όσο μπορεί ο μεγάλος αυτός ηθοποιός που λέγεται Tommy Lee Jones. Με μια πάρα πολύ καλή ερμηνεία καταφέρνει να διασωθεί και να προσθέσει ένα ακόμα επίτευγμα στο βιογραφικό του. Γενικά όμως όλοι οι ηθοποιοί αποδίδουν τα μέγιστα προσπαθώντας να αναπτύξουν τους χαρακτήρες τους στο λίγο χρόνο που τους δίνετε. Η μόνη που με απογοήτευσε είναι η Kelly Macdonald, γνωστή μας από το Trainspotting όπου κυμαίνετε σε ιδιαίτερα ρηχά νερά με μια εντελώς ουδέτερη παρουσία.



Εν κατακλείδι λοιπόν η ταινία έχει χαθεί στην ίδια της την ομίχλη και στη δυσκολία που πάντα έχει η μεταφορά ενός βιβλίου στο πανί. Σε καμιά περίπτωση δε σας πρότεινα να το δείτε σε αίθουσα και όταν βγει σε DVD να σκεφτείτε καλύτερα τις επιλογές σας πριν το επιλέξετε. Πάντως αν τελικά αποφασίσετε να το δείτε τότε

Che Part 2: Guerrilla (2008)

After a very interesting and deep Part 1, Part 2 fails in not changing rhythms and being repetitive. Just instead of a revolution working it fails. It saddens me that this happened. But I don’t think it’s so much Soderbergh fault with already difficult subject to implement on film but bad idea to split it into two parts instead of one cohesive story.

Che Part 2 follows Che (Benicio Del Toro) right after his adventure in the Congo which the film doesn’t tell that tale but of his imminent departure for Ecuador and his continuation of spreading revolution and ideals everywhere. In Ecuador it’s a different story for him than in Cuba for different reasons. He doesn’t start out with a such organized guerilla force as in Cuba. Nor a leader as Fidel or help from the communist party like he had in Cuba. In his time there he encounters many difficulties from almost every side that led to his eventual downfall.

What the first film did so well. Was it showed a documentary aspect of filmmaking to the guerrilla/Cuba scenes were you saw in depth what was happening with cutting into flashbacks and flash-forward of the U.N., Fidel and Che. Also there were interpersonal relationships of the characters. In Part 2 you only have the revolution to view which kind of seen in the first Part already, also there is not that much character development to leave to a repetitive and not so satisfying viewing.

I have mention that I hate when big movies get cut into two parts. It only ruins the experience and the result of a much better product. Most times a bigger and 4 hour movie will be better than a 2 parter film. Probably I would have enjoyed the films much differently if they were together. The first film is a uplifting drama of man trying to change things in Cuba and in the U.N. and various looks about his personality and character. And the second film a depressing tale of failure where we see the revolution in the same manner again. How many times do I need Che to be talking to civilians or training soldiers? If flashbacks were implemented I think it would have been a greater experience.

Soderbergh experiment of making biographical film didn’t go to complete failure. You do see and feel to who Che was and what he went through. The sets, the locations are all perfect. Its just that the splitting of films, the need of little bit better editing and need of something more in the second part would have surely made this one most memorable films of last year. But still Che is great piece of art that shows the downfall of one the most important revolutionary and you will enjoy this no matter your ideology because there is not biasim but true history.

Che Part 1: The Argentine (2008)

Che Guevara’s story seems to have been aching to be made into a film. How is it that this revolutionary icon was not already immortalized on film? Well the truth is that it had to be the right guys who could do justice to his memory and at the same time make a somewhat of an different kind of biopic with more down to earth feel than most that we see.

Part 1 or just the “Argentine” takes place mostly during Cuban revolution. Che (Benicio Del Toro) rises in the Cuban army with his morale and rules that his men follow him for. We get to see also the first meeting between Castro and fellow revolutionaries as they plan for the Cuban revolution. Also the film flips back and forth from the revolution to Che’s time in New York where he addresses the United Nations adn have some very intense scenes. Throughout the film you hear Che giving an interview which gives insight into himself and what he think and acts like a voice over.

First of all this film has no propaganda or secret meanings at all. Which is a great thing. It shows the events as they happened. Events are taken as from Che’s memoirs and the filming of the events are in a very serious documentary style. A good choice by Soderbergh who makes into a very serious and dirty, down to earth tale of the fight for freedom in Cuba. Sometimes this method work but it fails somewhat in Part 2 of the story.

It’s sad how some films just get left out of spotlight because of their either controversial or of their truth telling nature. Not that this film is at all controversial in any bad manner. But because of its communist tale of freedom from oppressive dictators supported by the U.S.A. there is a reason why there was not a lot of publicity around it and could be the reason for why it was excluded from big award ceremonies like the Oscars or the Golden Globes.

Anybody who wants to see one of the gems of 2008 should check Che Part 1 and then go on too Part 2 to further the experience and see the final chapter in Che’s life memorable but also tragic life.

I can't tell much changing from Tenten's child and adult, Tenten not much changing on style and habit. She is strong girl and different from others kunoichi on Konoha, I never see Tenten cry. Alright, Tenten's child was wearing pink clothes, green pants, blue shoes and blue headband. Tenten is ninja with long attack type, she is ninja weapon specialist. After Tenten has been growing up, she took more weapon and take it into scroll in order to she could release it easily anytime. Prism Ark

Storyline

Ghost Stories tells the tale of Satsuki Miyanoshita, who moves with her family to the hometown of her deceased mother. On her first day of school, Satsuki; her brother Keiichirou, a first-grader; their neighbor Hajime Aoyama; Momoko Koigakubo, an older schoolmate; and Reo Kakinoki, a classmate and friend of Hajime's with a penchant for the paranormal visit the abandoned school building adjacent the current school complex and discover that the building is haunted.

It is soon after revealed that Satsuki's mother was responsible for sealing several ghosts who haunted not only the school but also the town, and now they are released due to the urbanization taking place in the surrounding area. Satsuki's mother left behind a book detailing how to exorcize the ghosts once and for all. In her first confront, Satsuki faces a demon called Amanojaku, but in the process Amanojaku is sealed within Satsuki's pet cat, Kaya. Story:
Haru Glory is a boy who lives with his sister, Cattleya, in Garage Island. After fishing out a.... thing called Plue, he meets Shiba who entrusted him with Rave Stone or more known as Holy Bring. From there on, he embarks on a quest leaving his sister at Garage Island like his father who went to find Rave 15 years ago. He meets Elie, a girl who loves to gamble but has lost her memory. They met up with Musica at Punk Street. They have to eliminate Demon Card using Rave and is helped by Elie's uncontrollable Ethelion and Musica's ability of controlling silver as a Silver-Claimer. Unfortunately, they had to collect 4 more Raves in order to eliminate the mother of all dark brings, Sinclair. Together, they find out their past including Haru and Musica who both do not know their parents very well.
They also find out the connection between Ethelion and Rave.

Summary: It is directed by Seiji Mizushima and written by Yōsuke Kuroda, and features character designs by Yun Kōga . The twenty-five episode series was officially announced by Sunrise during a 15-second trailer on June 2, 2007. The series aired on the Mainichi Broadcasting System and Tokyo Broadcasting System from October 5, 2007 to March 29, 2008. On July 13, 2008, a trailer announcing a second twenty-five episode series was aired. The second series began on October 5, 2008 and concluded on March 29, 2009. A movie sequel is planned for the year 2010.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 is the first Gundam series to be animated in widescreen and in high-definition as well as the first to be set in the non-fictional Anno-Domini era.

The series is set in a futuristic Earth and centered around Celestial Being, a private paramilitary force and their efforts to rid the world of war and conflict with a series of unique and highly effective mobile suits known as "Gundams".
